Career stages:

My varied career led me to study archaeology with a degree as magister artium (working as a waiter to finance my studies). I also worked as a writer, speaker, riding instructor and veterinary practitioner. I am now a yoga teacher and managing director.

My Yoga:

I discovered my fascination with yoga in 2010 starting with Kundalini Yoga, then Hatha (Sivananda) and finally Vinyasa. I have been a yoga teacher and owner at Anahata Yoga Heidelberg since 2016 and I look forward to every hour that I hold. For me, yoga is a way of constant learning, the constant development with my students for my students. I see teaching as a mutual give and take that helps everyone to grow.
