We also teach every class online. If a class is already fully booked or you want to keep your distance, you can still participate in a video conference via Zoom. Every class can be booked to join at our studio or online in the schedule below.
For online yoga classes:
To join online register in the booking system and choose the online class. We will send you a participation link via email for the video conference software “Zoom”. Then follow the instructions and log in at the hour of the course.
