This class focuses on relaxation, stretching and activating your body.
At the beginning there are breathing exercises and mediation to arrive and to distance yourself from the events of the day, to just pause for a moment.
Then you begin to move, warm up and stretch your body gently at first, then more and more. Your circulation gets going, body and mind are revitalized. The exercises become more intense and cover every part of your musculoskeletal system. The deep relaxation at the end of the class relaxes your muscles and calms your mind.

Please note that we only teach people we can see as we feel responsible for what you do. Participants with switched off cameras will be removed from the video conference.
