Your <strong>circulation gets going<\/strong>, body and mind are revitalized. The exercises become more intense and cover every part of your musculoskeletal system. The <strong>deep relaxation<\/strong> <strong>at the end<\/strong> of the class relaxes your muscles and calms your mind.<br \/>\nThe course level is suitable for <strong>beginners to intermediate<\/strong>, as I can also guide the flows more intensively and more demandingly for experienced students.
